天主經

我們的天父，願你的名受顯揚；願你的國來臨；願你的旨意奉
行在人間，如同在天上。求你今天賞給我們日用的食糧；求你
寬恕我們的罪過，如同我們寬恕別人一樣；不要讓我們陷於誘
惑，但救我們免於凶惡。亞孟。

 

The Lord's Prayer

Our Father in heaven, holy be your Name, your kingdom
come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us
today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive
those who sin against us. Do not bring us to the test
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

 

聖母經

萬福瑪利亞，妳充滿聖寵，主與妳同在，妳在婦女中受讚頌，
妳的親子耶穌同受讚頌。天主聖母瑪利亞，求妳現在，和我們
臨終時，為我們罪人祈求天主。亞孟。

 

Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with you. Blessed
are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your
womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us
sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

 

聖三光榮經

願光榮歸於父，及子及聖神；起初如何，今日亦然，直到永遠。

Glory Be to the Father

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy
Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall
be, world without end. Amen.

 

信經

我信全能的天主聖父，天地萬物的創造者。我信父的唯一子，
我們的主耶穌基督；衪因聖神降孕，由童貞瑪利亞誕生；在比
拉多執政時蒙難，被釘在十字架上，死而安葬；衪下降陰府，
第三日自死者中復活，衪升了天，坐在全能天主父的右邊；衪
要從天降下，審判生者死者。我信聖神，我信聖而公教會，諸
聖的相通，罪過的赦免，肉身的復活，永恆的生命。亞孟。

 

The Apostle's Creed

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven
and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin
Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died
and was buried. He descended into hell; the third day He
rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, is
seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from
thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I
believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the
communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the
resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

 

又聖母經

萬福母后！仁慈的母親，我們的生命，我們的甘飴，我們的希
望。厄娃子孫，在此塵世，向你哀呼。在這涕泣之谷，向妳嘆
息哭求。我們的主保，求妳回顧，憐視我們，一旦流亡期滿，
使我們得見妳的聖子，萬民稱頌的耶穌。童貞瑪利亞，妳是寬
仁的、慈悲的、甘飴的。天主聖母，請為我們祈求，使我們堪
受基督的恩許。亞孟。

 

Hail, Holy Queen

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail, our life, our
sweetness, and our hope. To you we cry, the
children of Eve; to you we send up our sighs, mourning
and weeping in this land of exile. Turn, then, most
gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us; lead
us home at last and show us the blessed fruit of your
womb, Jesus: O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

 

飯前祈禱

主，求你降褔我們，並降褔你惠賜的這次(早、 午、晚)餐，因
我們的主基督。亞孟。

 

Before Meal

Dear Lord, thank you for this food. Bless the hands
that prepared it. Bless it to our use and us to your
service. And make us ever mindful of the needs of
others. Through Christ our Lord we pray. Amen.

 

飯後祈禱

全能的天主，為你惠賜我們這次(早、午、晚) 餐和各種恩惠，
我們感謝你讚美你，因我們的 主基督。亞孟。

 

After Meal

Lord, you have fed us from your gifts and favors; fill
us with your mercy, for you live and reign for ever
